A real time, fully automated, chemical free, extremely low energy, Ceramic Membrane Filtration Process to De-Water solids in concentrate waste waters. DeWRS allows for essentially full separation and recovery of both the water and the solids. The solids can be organic (DOC), bacteria, and/or metals in any combination from which the water is removed until the solids form a sludge with a slump. The recovered water or filtrate is available for its end use such as drinking water. DeWRS achieves zero liquid discharge and recovers product in a thick concentrate (20% range) for product reuse, land application or landfill.
